DO YOU ACCEPT COMMISSIONS?

Occasionally.  It mostly depends on the timing but, it never hurts to ask.  During peak production and seasons we simply can not consider them. 

ARE YOUR CERAMICS FOOD SAFE? CAN THEY GO IN THE DISHWASHER? OVEN?

Yes, yes and yes!  Although I personally recommend hand-washing, it just prolongs the life and ware of the piece. Porcelain is a wonderful conductor of heat and exceptionally durable. 

WHERE ARE YOUR DISHES MADE? WHAT ARE THEY MADE OF?

HOW DO I KNOW IF SOMETHING IS READY TO SHIP OR MADE TO ORDER?  HOW LONG UNTIL IT ARRIVES?

All items will have an obvious indication of if they are ready to ship.  IN STOCK orders are pieces that can ship with in a week of your purchase.  MADE TO ORDER items will need to be made from scratch and will take time depending on the current work load.  If something is out of stock, custom in any way or a process such as sgraffito they will needed to be added into production. Production times usually range from 2-6 weeks, but can be longer at peak seasons.  We suggest you email us with any shipping questions and we will give you a projected ship date before placing an order.   You will always be notified or contacted if an order has been placed that requires extra care or time.  Please use the comment section for special needs pertaining to your order. We will try our best to accommodate. 

HOW IS MY ORDER CONFIRMED? CAN IT BE CANCELLED?

All orders are confirmed via email once they are processed. Orders with time concerns, special instructions etc. will be confirmed over the phone. this is to verify and ensure communication.  Orders cannot be cancelled once they are processed.  We make most everything to order and glaze everything accordingly that is ready to ship. Generally we get started on all aspects of your order straight away. 

HOW IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?

Within the U.S. via USPS based on automatic calculations by the Shopping Cart.

Outside the U.S. via DHL. An estimate of cost and transit time will be given. 

Tracking will be provided on all orders via email once the order has SHIPPED.

Insurance will be automatically added to all orders. 

CAN YOU DO EXPEDITE SHIPPING?

It will depend on several factors but, we will certainly try.  There will be additional cost that will need to be estimated. Orders will not be finalized until cost have been determined and agreed upon. 

RETURNS?

We want you to be completely happy with your selection! For this reason items can be exchanged or have a store credit for the original purchase amount within 7 days of receipt. Please call us to discuss this further.

Items Damaged in S&H

Rarely does it happen that items get damaged in the post but in the even that it does there are some pretty timely and specific ways that claims must be handled. Please hang onto all your packaging etc and contact us within 24 hours of arrival. Because replacement pieces will need to be remade entirely they will have to be worked into the current orders and may take time. 

Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable. We do not cover return S&H costs. All returns must be insured for the total value of the piece.

DO YOU ALLOW VISITORS AT THE STUDIO? CAN WE PURCHASE WORK WHILE WE ARE IN TOWN?

Yes! However you will need to schedule your visit during business hours, before hand. We will do our best to accommodate. Please communicate with us via email.

A lot of the times we have work that is only available by visiting the studio and items like 'seconds' that you can choose from.  Come see how everything is made!

All work is registered online with the US Copyright office. This includes original design, illustrations, painting and trademarks of my work. Work is registered before its release.
